If you return a product you have purchased from us that you have taken reasonable care of, and no labels removed, within 7 working days from the day after delivery we will issue you with a full refund. The refund will be issued within 30 days of cancellation.  We are not able to refund postage and packing charges unless there is a fault with the goods. Please include a copy of your invoice or delivery note with the returned goods.
